The broad strategy is to identify those customers who possess residential properties with positive equity in the property, who have cash constraints (and as a result cannot find adequate relieve from the formal financial sector), but where it is possible to structure a transaction in such a way that it is affordable to the client and risk-acceptable to the financier.

About Our Strategy:

We recognise that there are significant opportunities within our businesses to create even more value for our customers, people and shareholders. Our strategy focuses on four priority areas of significant opportunity and emphasises the importance of getting the basics right, first time, every time.

1. Customer service:

  • - Invest in our people to improve knowledge and capability, and giving managers greater autonomy to meet customers’ needs
  • - Ensure Bondpro is easy to do business with and ensuring our customers receive seamless service

2. Technology & operational excellence:

  • - Provide a group-wide approach to IT
  • - Leverage our in-house IT capabilities and expertise to revitalise back-end systems and associated processes
  • - Continue to develop lean and efficient processes, designed with the customer in mind

3. Trust & team spirit:

  • - Develop our people through a continued investment in talent management, rotation programs and mentoring
  • - Build our people’s pride in Bondpro through an increased focus on community involvement

4. Creativity:

  • - To master the art of identifying market opportunities and find suitable solutions that would satisfy both clients and shareholders.
