Dawie Botha – Chief Executive Officer

Dawie is the majority Shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of Bondpro Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

Dawie’s banking career started at Bankorp Ltd in 1985 as an Assistant General Manager. He became the Senior General Manager at Santambank in 1988 and joined Saambou Bank in 1991. Dawie became a director of both Saambou Bank and Saambou Holdings Ltd. He also served as a director on Fedsure’s Unit Trust Management Company and worked with the Bank Supervision Department of the South African Reserve Bank.

Charisse Coetzee – Executive: Process Development and Operational Administration.

After completing her articles, Charisse was employed by the Auditor General subsequent to which she joined Real People (Pty) as Financial Manager in East London. During this time she obtained extensive experience in SQL, data analysis and collections. She was instrumental in the launch of a project that lead to the founding of IQ Academy and a year later founded a very successful Call Centre.

During 2008 she started her own practice and consulted widely to various businesses especially in the field of system analysis and implementation.

Annelene Tier – Financial Controller

Annelene joined Sanlam NB NKV Quotations in 1984 as a journal consultant and later became an Accounting Specialist at the Sanlam Millennium Processing Office. She joined Innofin Finance in 2001 as a Fund accountant and moved to a managerial position at Glacier Finance in 2005. Annelene brings more than 20 years of accounting experience and joined the Bondpro team in 2009.

Kenny Lourens – Executive: Sales & Special Projects

Kenny joined the Navy in Simons Town in 1983-1986 where he was utilized in the Human resources department with the portfolio of Housing administrator.

He then accepted a position with Trustbou (the mortgage bond company for TrustBank) in Jan 1987 where he was responsible for duties which ranged from the registration, administration, collections and cancellation of mortgage bonds. In 1992 he accepted a position as Manager New Mortgage loans at TrustBank.

In 1998 he became a Property Assessor with Absa.

During 2009 he accepted a Managerial position with Selectco Shared Services (Pty) Ltd where he was responsible to ensure the smooth processing of new loans up to the stage where the loans were disbursed, the administration of existing loans and more specific to liaise with external Companies and Unions regarding the payroll collections and upholding a mutual beneficial relationship with all parties involved.

Kenny joined Bondpro in July of 2010 and brings with him more than 26 years of residential property and mortgage related experience.
